Unique Junior School

Parents and students are advised to study all rules and regulations carefully. They must adhere to these rules in all respects. It is obligatory on all to abide by these rules. Violation of these rules may lead to the expulsion of a student / parents from the school.

  • All students are instructed to reach school in time.
  • No student shall be allowed to attend classes without proper school uniform except Playgroup.
  • The person who escorts a child from school should show the school I.D card on the school gate for security reasons.
  • A system generated “absent message” will be sent to the parents of absent students.
  • In case of any inconvenience or inquiry, students / parents are advised to consult respective class In-charges.
  • The school premises, classrooms and surroundings must be kept neat and clean.
  • Students are strictly prohibited to write on walls and whiteboards.
  • Students are not allowed to take leave without any specific reason or emergency. The leave application form must bear signatures of both the parent and Class In-charge.
  • Students have to take part in different co-curricular and sports activities in school.
  • At Junior schools, the students are encouraged to take part in games.
  • Students must participate in co-curricular activities to groom their personality.
  • Students must focus on moral and ethical values.
  • Students are advised to pay rapt attention to the teachers’ lecture in the class.
  • Discipline in the school premises must be maintained by all means.
  • Instructions and notices issued by the Principal or the Vice Principal should be followed strictly.
  • The Clerical Staff, Security Guard and the Office Management Staff render commendable services to the students. Therefore, they deserve due regard from the students.
  • Students and their parents are not allowed to register any complaint against the management and the faculty to any official authority or agency regarding the matters related to this institution without the written permission of the Principal.
  • The last date for submission of fee is 5th of every month. In case of failure to deposit the fee within due date, Rs.30/- per day will be fined. The student's name will be struck off due to nonpayment of dues.
  • Girls are not allowed to bring jewellery to school.
  • Extension in fee can only be granted twice in a session with prior approval of the principal.
  • Refund Policy
    Unique is the only institution which offers fee-refund as per UGI policy.
    If a new student leaves school within six working days of admission, he/she shall be refunded 100% fee including A/C charges. In case, a student decides to leave school after more than six working days or a month (before depositing the next month fee), Admission Fee and Security will be refunded only.
    In the event, a student/ parent does not turn up to collect the refund, the amount will be sent to the parents through Money-Order after informing them telephonically. (Fee Refund Policy is available at Admission Office).
  • Scholarships and Bursaries
    A remarkable feature of Unique Group of Institutions (UGI) is to reward students with scholarships who keep up good work and improve their previous result in their respective grade and section. Unique Junior School ensures provision of quality education to children. The award of scholarships is aimed at creating and maintaining competitive atmosphere among students. Following is a brief description of scholarships and bursaries offered to children from class II onwards at all Unique Junior Schools:

Rules and Regulations

Unique High School

  • Proper school uniform is compulsory for admission to class-room.
  • Students are required to be punctual and reach school well in time.
  • Students are not allowed to stand outside or in front of the school or to roam about the premises.
  • Students are expected to demonstrate best of manners.
  • In case of any inconvenience or inquiry, students are advised to consult their respective Class In-charges.
  • The school premises, classrooms and surroundings must be kept neat and clean.
  • Students are strictly prohibited to write on walls and the white boards.
  • Students should not touch the electronic installations and appliances.
  • Students are not allowed to take leave without some specific reason or emergency. The leave application form must bear signatures of parents, students and the class in-charge.
  • Attendance in class test is compulsory. In case of absence, the student shall have to appear in the supplementary test.
  • Supplementary tests are countable in class percentage of a student but these marks are not valid for the monthly class position scholarship or I.S.D.
  • Minimum pass percentage required to pass a class test is 40%.
  • As per Board rules, 80% attendance is must for Board admission.
  • After entering the campus, the student must mark his attendance through thumb impression on the biometric system. Otherwise, a system generated “absent massage” will be sent to their parents.
  • The display of the school identity card on the uniform is compulsory during the school hours.
  • Scholarships are awarded to students on the basis of their performance. In addition to these scholarships, students are also given Encouragement Scholarships.
  • Students are advised to pay rapt attention to the lectures.
  • Students must observe discipline in the school premises by all means.
  • Students are expected to abide by Library Rules.
  • Students are not allowed to use mobile phones in the school. In case of an emergency, students may use the office telephone.
  • Instructions or any notice issued by the Principal or the Vice Principal should be followed strictly.
  • Students must participate in sports and co-curricular activities to groom their personality.
  • Students must focus on moral and ethical values.
  • Students and their parents will park their vehicles at their own risk. Students must ensure double lock for their bikes and motor bikes.
  • Extension in fee can only be granted twice in a session with prior approval of the principal.
  • Students and their parents are not allowed to register any complaint against the management and the faculty to any official authority or agency regarding the matters related to the institution, without prior permission of the principal.
  • Refund Policy
    If a student leaves the institution before start of the classes or within six working days after the commencement of classes, 100% fee will be refunded.
  • SCHOLARSHIP
    At Unique Schools, different Scholarships are awarded to the students as per UGI policy to inspire students to realize their potential to the maximum.

Rules and Regulations

Unique College

  • As per Board rules, 80% attendance is compulsory for admission to the Board examination.
  • Scholarships are awarded to students on the basis of their performance. In addition to these scholarships, students are also given Encouragement Scholarships.
  • Attendance in class test is compulsory. In case of absence, the student shall have to appear in a Supplementary test.
  • Supplementary Tests are not countable for Encouragement Scholarship or for class position.
  • Long leave is not allowed to F. Sc & ICS students.
  • Students are not allowed to take leave without any specific reason or emergency. The leave application form must bear the signatures of parent(s), student and the Class In-charge.
  • Students are expected to abide by Library Rules.

  • Students are required to display their college identity card in the campus and observe discipline in the college campus.
  • Students are required to be punctual.
  • College premises, classrooms and surroundings must be kept neat and clean.
  • Minimum pass percentage in a class test is 40%.
  • Students and their parents are not allowed to register any complaint against the management and the faculty to any official authority or agency regarding the matters related to the institution, without written permission of the Principal.
  • Students will not be eligible for board admission if they miss Term test or Pre-Board examination.
  • Refund Policy
    If a student leaves the institution before commencement of the classes or within six working days after the commencement of classes, he/she shall be refunded 100% fee.
    In case, a student decides to leave the institution after registration with the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, the fee shall be refunded after deduction of the period spent at the college as per policy.
