Unique Inter School Qira’at Competition 2026 – Encouraging Excellence in Quranic Recitation
The Unique Group of Institutions organized the Inter School Qira’at Competition 2026 on April 30, 2026, at the Dr. Nisar Ahmad Rana Auditorium. The competition aimed to encourage excellence in Quranic recitation and encourage students to develop confidence and clarity in their expression.
The program began with the seating of guests, followed by student competitions across three categories: Class 3 to 5, Class 6 to 8, and Class 9 to 12. The recitation of the Holy Quran and Naat-e-Rasool (SAAW) set a respectful and spiritual tone, followed by the National Anthem.
Prof. Abdul Mannan Khurram, Chairman UGI, addressed the audience and encouraged students to strive for excellence and remain connected with the teachings of the Holy Quran. Distinguished guests including Dr. Noshaba Hassan Murad, Motivational Speaker and Chairperson UMT; Prof. Dr. Khaleeq Ur Rehman, Vice Chancellor Sialkot University; and Dr. Tariq Sharifzada, renowned Seerat scholar, also emphasized the importance of Quranic teachings in everyday life.
The competition concluded with the announcement of results and the distribution of awards, followed by a group photograph and refreshments, marking a meaningful and memorable occasion.
